I worked at Rocket Software (Less than a year)

    Pros

People are always there to help, they promote community within the workplace which is great, and they'll accommodate if you request a job more fitting to what your capabilities are. As long as you've proved yourself, they'll offer challenges.

    Cons

Pretty big age gap in the Denver location (which they're working on). Far from Boulder.

    Advice to Management

Everything was great, I'd prefer a more open work space. The cubicles were really high and I'm more of a team worker rather than not seeing anyone for 7 hours at a time.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Rocket Software (Waltham, MA) in April 2016.

    Interview

First I had a phone interview with the HR manager that lasted around thirty minutes. A few days later I had a "technical interview" that was just a quick phone interview in which three engineers asked me about my project experience and other questions related to my technical background and studies. A week or so later I received an offer which I accepted.
