Great mission, people really care for the patients, service is really important to most of the people who work here.
Lots of the people who are promoted are in jobs they aren't ready for, and just stay there because the leadership won't do anything about it. The Leadership team largely stays upstairs away from the day today work, and doesn't want to be involved with the daily operations. Lots of turnover in upper management makes you wonder what is really going on up there. Dishonesty is rampant from the top down.
Advice to Management
Tune in to your staff. Start telling the truth and start listening. Stop with the revolving door of leadership.
