There is a lot of room to grow, which is great.
It’s a huge organization so it’s extremely hard to get a handle of the moving parts sometimes.
Advice to Management
Encourage a better work/life balance (for real).
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Rockwell Automation.
Starts with a phone screen and if you are chosen for an in-person interview, it is a panel interview and you will need to create a PowerPoint about yourself personal and work experience.
