I have been working at Roevin as a contractor (More than a year)
Contract Position. Company I work the contract for very good.
No communication whatsoever from office staff. They sign you to a contract, get paid money on your hard work. No benefits, no holidays. Unable to accrue holidays due to the system not being able to handle that function. Company is behind the times.
Advice to Management
Communication, Communication, Communication!
Perhaps some benefits for the hardworking contractors that pay the bills.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Roevin (Toronto, ON (Canada)) in October 2016.
Simple scenario and behavioral based interview process. There may be an assessment that involves writing out answers for certain scenarios. Quite simple and straight forward. The interviewer was upfront and approachable, therefore making the interview comfortable and engaging. Just be yourself and be ready to talk about past accomplishments and skills relative to the job description.
