I worked at Roger CPA Review full-time

    Pros

I've been working in Sales for around 25 years and felt very lucky to have been a part of this company. And I'm picky! Amazing culture, everyone who works here is very positive and fully engaged! There's no drama or nonsense, but rather a sense of team work and collaboration. Respect & acknowledgement is highly valued and elicits the best from employees. Open communication, coupled with highly intelligent staff leads to a lot of innovations and a feeling of inclusion in all areas of the company. I wish I could've stayed - the people believe in their product and truly go the extra mile in ensuring an amazing customer experience. This is everything. Sincerely a dynamic company and you're proud & excited to be a part of it.

    Cons

I honestly don't see any cons. Do note: If you're considering a position, It's important that you feel comfortable & disciplined in that it's mostly a remote environment.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took a week. I interviewed at Roger CPA Review (Los Angeles, CA) in September 2015.

    Interview

Interviewing process was fairly conversational. Great process, friendly recruiter. Interview consisted of about 30 minutes of back-to-back conversational talk. Be prepared with questions, recruiter loved individuals who had alot to ask.
