I have been working at Rogers Group full-time (More than a year)
Every person works together to get the job, or jobs done. Communication is key and everyone is on board. Safety and employees are the two most important things to upper management and the board of directors
Upward mobility has proven difficult. Schedules and/or plans change constantly. When results are not met and it is beyond your control it is "seen" as your fault for not doing more.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Rogers Group.
casual and laid back, many questions, open for conversations, we met at the office on Saturday and I dressed casual, which was all good, met with current supervisor and manager
