COVID-19 sure was a shock to the system but within a few short days we moved out entire workforce to remote working with very little disruption. We deployed additional monitors and Chromebooks for those that didn?t have a more formal work space at home. We increased our Zoom lines to allow for a more personal check in, weekly and sometimes daily, between a manager and an employee. We took the time to communicate benefits that would assist the employee and their family during this time including free Telehealth, Employee Assistance Program and discounted services. We sent dinners to those who needed a pick me up. Our President sent a handwritten card to each employee and we held a kick-butt Virtual Annual Meeting. Just a few things we've done to support our team members during the pandemic. Our people are amazing and we work really hard to support them so they can support our clients.
