Rollins Inc. is pleased to share our recent acquisition of Fox Pest Control. Founded in 2012 and operating across 13 states, Fox is a Residential service provider. The acquisition of Fox was completed through the HomeTeam Pest Defense brand.
Rollins, Inc. Executive VP and CFO Kenneth Krause, CPA, said, “The acquisition provides us with strategic growth opportunities and positions us well to pursue additional growth across our industry. We are excited to welcome Fox’s 1,300 associates to Rollins and our Family of Brands,” said Mr. Krause.
