Slow to move with the new Data flows top down from Corporate to branches very easily but not at all bottom up Heavily gut based and because the big boss said so
Advice to Management
Encourage an environment where people can fail and do so fast, so that new learning can be acted upon fast. There's a lot of "we've always done it this way" culture in the organization that needs to be replaced with eagerness to bring about change
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rollins.
They took a while to get back to applicants, but the whole application process was very easy. We had a Skype interview, which went well. After a month they contacted me offering the position.
