    Pros

Company offers good benefits, reasonable management, great emphasis on workplace safety. Good lateral opportunity. Great company culture. Management has a great open door policy.

    Cons

Very limited opportunity for upward career advancement. Management has become increasingly obsessed with 'efficiency' metrics. Shift schedule.

    Advice to Management

Reduce reliance on questionable efficiency metrics and associated processes to gauge real production efficiency.

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Romac Industries in May 2010.

    Interview

The interview panel asked competency questions, then they actually gave a quiz afterwards.
I contacted the staffing agency a couple of times and I never heard back from
the Company nor from the staffing agency.
