Advice to Management
Reduce reliance on questionable efficiency metrics and associated processes to gauge real production efficiency.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Romac Industries in May 2010.
The interview panel asked competency questions, then they actually gave a quiz afterwards.
I contacted the staffing agency a couple of times and I never heard back from
the Company nor from the staffing agency.
