    I worked at Romain Cross Pointe Auto Park full-time (More than a year)


    Romain is a great place to work. The company was found by Ron Romains father. They started out very very small. Since then Ron Romain has expanded his father's busjness and not only has 2 car lots but he has founded what is called United Companies. Which consisystem of 3 companies. They are Professional Transportation Incorporated
    (Transports railroad workers fron one location to another.)
    United Leasing(Financial Industry)
    Romain Buick Inc(Car Dealerships)
    They offer a wonderful environment great benefits competitive pay and plenty of room to advanced within the company


    Well my only complaint would be the fact that they have a large amount of sales consultants and honestly not enough sales to go around. I have spoken to other dealership who have maybe 1/3 the amount of sales people and the same amount of sales.

    Advice to Management

    Don't hire to many sales people. Allow your sale consultantso you have to producelebrate the numbers you are wanting first. Then if you are not getting the numbers you want. Don't just add more employees. See what other factors could be contributing to the lack of sales. If adding another sales person isn't the answer then it's going to hurt everyone their by reducing everyone's sells per month which cuts their pay. Plus it adds to your payroll and you will also have to pay for training and all other expenses involved with new hire. Worst of all you could lose a very good employee due to his pay being cut because of salesome volume staying the same but the amount of salesman increasing

    I applied through other source. I interviewed at Romain Cross Pointe Auto Park.


    The interview process went great. You send them your resume either by email or give it to them in person. They look over your resume then if they are interested the call you to setup an interview and will have you take 2 assessments before the interciew they are both personality profile assessments. Just answer them honestly because they will ask the same type of questionstuff in different forms to make sure you are telling the truth.
