InterviewThis was my first formal interview in over two decades, after working in the IT industry for over 20 years. The interview process started with a brief telephone conversation about my qualifications and willingness to work a flexible schedule. During the on-site interview, the hiring manager asked how I would handle various situations, and gave a more in-depth view of the job requirements. This position was not the right fit for my skill set.
