I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Romanoff Renovations (Smyrna, GA) in August 2016.
This was my first formal interview in over two decades, after working in the IT industry for over 20 years. The interview process started with a brief telephone conversation about my qualifications and willingness to work a flexible schedule. During the on-site interview, the hiring manager asked how I would handle various situations, and gave a more in-depth view of the job requirements. This position was not the right fit for my skill set.
