Advice to Management
I would suggest trying to hold on to both young and seasoned talent, look at new ways to combine the two.
Submitted application online, and I received a follow-up email with the HR to schedule a phone interview for the next day/week. I responded the same day with my availability, and again followed up four days later. No response back at all; not even the basic courtesy to say we are not interested anymore or found someone else already, etc. It is quite unprofessional and speaks of the nature of the firm.
