I have been working at Roofing Supply Group (More than 5 years)
The RSG work environment offers ample opportunities to "work your way the ladder". I've witnessed countless internal employees be promoted within.
I would have like to see a counter offer given when good employees approached management with a better opportunity. Many good employees have passed through this environment only to be let go because of a better opportunity and no counter offer to keep them on board RSG.
Advice to Management
Fight for your employees! You'll find that loyalty happens when you let employees know that they're appreciated.
