Amazing benefits including 401k, stock vesting after a year, unlimited paid time off, hybrid work, 2 weekends off a month, overtime.Cons
Roofstock just went through their 2nd round of layoffs in the past 8 months due to the current state of the economy so there's not much promise of long term job security.Advice to Management
Be attentive to the needs of those employees that remain. There is more work on their shoulders now along with more potential layoffs.
