Interview
Lengthy with gaps in between each so-called interview. The in-person interview with the Store Leader was awesome. Two zoom style calls on teams were clunky. No connectivity in between meetings, leaving you hanging. If you are dedicated to finding a great fit and feel candidates should be treated like clients, this check box process may be disappointing. Tell them your timeline up front, and cross your fingers they heard you if you decide to move forward. I withdrew my interest, accepting another offer.InterviewMore conversational. Good to know about the company and the position, so you can add to the conversation. Expect to have both a zoom call and an in-person meeting with the regional person.
