I worked at Rosati's (More than 3 years)
Great job if you're in college or high school, flexible hours, great company.
Miscommunication from time to time, but overall no real cons. Also no real benefits unless you're upper level employee.
Advice to Management
Offer more options to your lower-tier workers in terms of benefits. While many are just college or high school students trying to make a buck, others are supporting families. Overall, management is fine though.
I applied in-person. The process took a week. I interviewed at Rosati's.
No Interview - I went into the store multiple times/called multiple times. Therefore I must have bugged them enough because they proceeded to hire me on the spot for the position.
