Many opportunities to try different positions. Chance to advance in company is possible.
Communication between Corp and stores and staff needs work. Employees feel they are not being listened to and have no opinion is success of store.

Work on giving feed back in a manner not treating to emoyees.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Roundy's Supermarkets (Kenosha, WI).
2 interviews. first is with a corporate HR rep. She went over the resume and connected the career parts she had questions on.The second is with the people looking to fill a position. They ask about specific tasks performed in positions related and when they aren't any there, ask about attitudes in dealing with work situations.
