    Many opportunities to try different positions. Chance to advance in company is possible.

    Cons

    Communication between Corp and stores and staff needs work. Employees feel they are not being listened to and have no opinion is success of store.

    Advice to Management

    Work on giving feed back in a manner not treating to emoyees.

They ask about specific tasks performed in positions related and when they aren't any there, ask about attitudes in dealing with work situations.
