Focus on team member engagement is great. Recently there has been a push to increase wages to make us a premier employer, and to attract the best talent. Lots of training and developmental opportunities. Great work life balance for most areas. Very positive, open environment. Open door policy for all leaders. Love the communication thru quarterly organization wide meetings, and thru portal (companies main page for info and updates). Executives are dedicated to excellence and it is reflected in work in each department. A really great place to work
Have been running lean in many areas and can be draining for team members. But In the process of making changes to automate more processes.
Advice to Management
Keep listening to your people. Continue to be flexible with structure to create opportunities for top performers.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Royal Credit Union in April 2016.
Was very relaxed and positive. They really just want to get a feel of you and know if you would be a good fit for them. They care less about your experiences and more about what kind of person you are and if you will fit in with the company.
