I have been working at Royal Cup Coffee full-time

    Pros

If you are an entrepreneur at heart this is the company for you. Eager to grow and eager for wins they will let you chart your own course and own your area of business.

    Cons

Can be slow to change. Difficult to get any sort of salary raise or bump with little to no explanation why.

    Advice to Management

More transparent growth tracks and opportunities for all employees (not just sales) to increase their earnings.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Royal Cup Coffee (Birmingham, AL).

    Interview

I had a phone interview with my supervisor that lasted about an hour. After that I came in and met with the the supervisor in person and one other person from the department back-to-back. I came back a second time a week or so later and met with several people from the senior leadership team back-to-back and a full plant tour. That day was not for the weak! I was 6 interviews in one day, but it was very helpful in learning more about RC.
