Poor culture with embedded bullying and resistance to development in some departments, especially Theatres
Persistently unsafe staffing ratios on MAU despite well-meaning management
Advice to Management
Undertake closer scrutiny of staff experience and intervene to disrupt pockets of stagnation. Closer scrutiny of how Band 7's allocate training and development opportunities to ensure everyone gets a fair crack of the whip and avoid toxic cliques forming.
