Interview
Really pain free process. The woman interviewing me was really easy to talk to. The knowledge test wasn't bad, they did have a question about DICCE, which my EMT school said is outdated and wasn't taught to us, but I still passed. They talk you through what the job entails, what shifts would look like, etc. Then they take you to the garage for a lift test. I personally really struggled and failed, which was a bummer, but they tried really hard to help me and were really supportive. Overall, it was a really positive experience.Strengths and weaknesses, all the basic questions.
