  1. Human Resources Specialist Interview

    Easy Interview
    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Rubicon Programs (Richmond, CA) in Mar 2018

    Interview

I first came in and had an interview with the Director of Human Resources. It was not at all uncomfortable or intimidating. At the end of the interview she invited me to come back the following week to interview with the H.R. Manager and General Counsel, which again was an extremely comfortable and laid back interview; not like a typical panel interview. By the end of the night, my now Manager called me and offered me the position, which I gladly accepted!!
    Interview

    1. Tell me a time you made a mistake, and what did you do to fix it? 2. Tell me a little about your HR/ Payroll Experience. 3. Tell me a time you had a deadline, and what was the outcome.
