RubiconMD hired a diverse, collaborative, all-star team. Everyone is focused on the mission to empower primary care clinicians. It is exciting to be at the forefront of the eConsult movement and each day is an opportunity to build a strong company that makes our solutions more accessible to clinicians who need these tools. Input and feedback are valued from all employees. Cross-functional work is the norm and effective. There is just enough structure and new ideas are welcomed. The team also enjoys spending time together. It's a great place to work everyday.
The team is growing so everyone puts in long hours. The collaborative / cross-functional nature of the work can sometimes delay decisions yet the focus on internal alignment has driven the company's success.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RubiconMD.
Had a 30 minute phone interview after submitting an application online. The phone interview was scheduled quickly and the conversation during the phone interview was a typical behavioral interview with situational questions, which was expected and well received.
I have not heard of any updates since then. I've emailed my contact more than two times, and no response whatsoever. Probably the worst interview process I've been on in my career thus far; leaving applicants in the dark is not how you grow your company.
