I worked at Rubio's Restaurants part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Wonderful Managers , fast paced, great customers, busy all the time. Clean up salsa bar, bathrooms, sweeping.

    Cons

Not enough hours, changed Managers in a unprofessional way.

    Advice to Management

Never make changes to the staff without letting employees know ahead of time. Make someone in charge of the budget to set a permanent schedule for each week.
