Great products to build there homes with. There only supply company, they are mortgage company as well. Great home plan designs and extra options for plans are consistent
Newer project. Managers don’t have a degree in construction it could very well be in kindergarten education .some of these same people get promotable and the offset of the understanding of the construction process works
Advice to Management
Have a better pool of subcontractors so that the days under consideration can be lowered and save money. Also do any with the survey system it falls it gives customers reason to find reason to complain and have problems so they can try to get extra things done on there home for free! And if one home owner talks to another about what they got you would end up losing profits on the whole neighborhood.
