S&P Global is committed to supporting our people’s wellbeing by investing in holistic benefits and practices that support physical, financial, emotional, and work-life wellness. Hear from Seth Fox, Head of People Experience, as he discusses S&P Global’s people-first culture!

S&P Global recognizes Juneteenth in the United States, acknowledging the emancipation of enslaved people in the US. This day is an affirmation of every person’s right to equity and dignity. S&P Global recognizes this date as a formal U.S. company holiday during which colleagues are encouraged to deepen their understanding of this day and its history, and honor the culture and achievements of the Black community. We thank our people resource group BOLD (Black Organization for Leadership and Development) for their continued leadership and engagement, as we celebrate Juneteenth and year-round. Make sure that you vet the manager(s) that you'll work with at S&P Global.
I interviewed for a PM role with a senior PM who would have been my direct manager, and he was incredibly unprofessional. This person was rolling his eyes on the zoom call, talked dismissively about my experiences, told me that I was bad at my prior job, amongst other things. Throughout all of this, I tried my best to keep my composure.
When it came to my time to ask questions, one of the questions I asked was why he decided to work at S&P. I basically wanted him to sell me on the company and hear about his experiences there, even though I had already decided by then that I didn't want to work with him. Instead, he started talking about why S&P hired him because he was a "super star at what he did." He spent several minutes talking about how awesome he was. He was surprised that I didn't have more questions after that. He was a very bad representative for S&P Global.
It was such a strange experience and completely turned me off from pursuing other roles at S&P.InterviewTell me about this product you worked on.
