I worked at SABIC (Less than a year)
Very immersive in the company culture, great learning experience.
Cons vary by location, but the Mt. Vernon plant site can be quite large and difficult to work in at times.
Started with phone screen where I was asked basic questions. Followed by in person panel interview that took place on site. Seemed to be very chaotic times and they are interviewing while also laying people off. I asked but didn't get a direct answer.
Very little wiggle room. I was told jobs were grades and there was no negotiation. Perhaps now wondering If I made a mistake ?
