I worked at SAC Wireless full-time (Less than a year)
A lot of team building activities, equipment provided was relatively current, upper management was accessible, PTO/benefits were decent. Tries hard to have the startup culture.
While I learned a lot at this job, a lot of it was baptism by fire rather than being mentored by a veteran. Directives were often not filtered down transparently, which caused a lot of unnecessary work. Depending on your department there was no room for growth.
Advice to Management
Focus more on transparency and giving out focused and thought out directives to increase efficiency.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SAC Wireless (Sacramento, CA) in March 2017.
I was offered a position at a salary 20% lower than what I had specified I wanted. I was ghosted mid negotiation. You couldn't pay me enough to work within this type of culture.
