Highly competent corporate management with desire to meet customer needs. Size of company allows for upward mobility and geographic relocation if desired. Competitive salaries and good benefits. HR department and PMO is strong.
Decentralized management means local team is somewhat isolated and aggressive bidding has created under resourced requirements. Team members can be overwhelmed.
Advice to Management
Corporate reach out to lower level managers to provide support and a sense of community. Especially customer site based teams that can get isolated and lose company connection.

Interview process was pretty good with a technical and then talking to manager the same day. It wasn't time consuming like other companies where one day it is phone screen then another day meet in person and then meet another person.
