Keep doing what you're doing. Being transparent has really helped
two interviews, first was on the phone. Got the questions 15 min in advance which was nice. there were 3 people on each interview panel. there was a writing exercise and I had to analyze loss data. Interview was 45 minutes long and they were serious about the time frames.
