Company is expanding rapidly, definitely room for growth to the hard workers and they like to promote from within.

I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at SAS Retail Services.
Not sure what is going on with their recruiting department. They reached out to me for the job. The first interview we scheduled a time; however, they sent an email cancelling due to a scheduling issue (on their end - not mine). They sent me another date. The date and time arrived; however no one called. I sent an email right away. They told me that the person conducting the interview had an emergency and would need to reschedule. Someone else then called to say that we will be rescheduling the call. A couple of days go by - I don't hear anything. I email again about setting up an additional time; however, no one responded. A month goes by and I reach out directly to the original recruiter about the opportunity. A few minutes after sending that email, a get a generic reply saying the position has been filled from some other email account. They didn't have professional courtesy to reach out to me directly. It was one mess up after another and waste of time to have the impersonal and unprofessional response given the situation. I'm glad this happened because why would you want to even work for an organization that would do something like this? I can only imagine how they would treat you and the business from the inside. Probably with the same carelessness and lack of professionalism shown through this process. Stay away from this company.
