SCC does an exceptional job with hiring diversity, including fat, thin, old, young, black, white, religious, not religious, native-born, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, Iranian, gay, straight, etc. Somehow, all these different people get along.
The company excels at innovation. They know how to change and they can do it.
The employees are hard-working good people.
There doesn't seem to be a game plan, except to do anything it takes, honest or not, to make the next sale. Priorities and company direction change daily. Quality, patient safety, and following FDA requirements weren't priorities or even considerations and now the company is experiencing the fallout from that lack of integrity.
Advice to Management
You have a very small window for turning this around. Get honest and get your priorities straight.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SCC Soft Computer Inc. (Clearwater, FL) in June 2016.
I applied and was contacted via phone for a impromptu phone interview. After, I was scheduled to come in for some testing and interviews afterwards. The tests were basic computer literacy questions which wasn't bad at all. Then I was interviewed by 3 people including department manager, HR manager, and VP of administration. All 3 people were very kind.
