    The relationships I have with the Employees, the opportunities I have with growing with the company, and how much I enjoy the sports talk, the overtime pay is good as well

    The energy/hygiene of some employees, some of the supervisors criticisms, the lack of upper management investing into the company’s employees

    I applied in-person. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at SD&A Teleservices (Los Angeles, CA) in December 2015.

    Interview

    Absolutely wonderful, Gary is an absolute charm. Informative, Quick but not too abrupt. As well, very welcoming. I came in on a walk in, filled out an application and interviewed moments later. Everything was broken down clearly, I did a quick read as well summarized the script, and shortly after wrapped up.
