SDG Group – Why Work For Us?

The SDG Group foundation dates back to 1991. Since the first day, the business community has identified SDG as a fervent laboratory for Innovation and Development for planning and controlling methodologies and practices, as well as an emerging consulting firm focused on the design and implementation of Decision Support Systems. Founders recognized that as DSS technology was reaching maturity, new opportunities for Business Process Reengineering, i.e. the Management Intelligence approach, was emerging.

In 1997 a new growth strategy was outlined with a clear and sharp focus on business intelligence solutions. At this point SDG decided to focus on ground-breaking Management Intelligence and Knowledge Management consultancy services. This strategy was successfully executed and new business locations were opened worldwide: Milan, Rome, Verona, London, Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Boston, Lisbon, Cairo, Hamburg, Florence, Munich, Alger, Lima, Bogotà.

I have been working at SDG Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They really care about their team's personal development and believe in meritocracy. I've seen several people move in role and responsibility quickly (less than a year) based on their individual contributions and progress. There is a lot of freedom if you're willing to take the ball and run with it.

    Cons

The Princeton office is not convenient
