I have been working at SDI full-time
There are a growing number of fantastic people in leadership.
Lots of advancement opportunities, both lateral and within teams.
Lots of employee benefits, events, and fun contests.
Some positions should not be required to work out of the Bristol office.
There are still some people in Leadership who only look out for themselves and are completely okay with throwing their subordinates under the bus in order to deflect blame.
Advice to Management
Look at the things that happen within the company and with clients and truly figure out the root cause for issues. Don't automatically assume it was an employee's failure that caused the problem.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at SDI.

Followed up by a phone interview.
A period of waiting as the customer and SDI make sure you are good fit
Final interview with customer to ensure everything is a go
I did not negotiate as the offer was exceptional from the start. Better pay, better benefits, great schedule.
