I have been working at SDI full-time (More than a year)

Cultural changes of bad legacy behaviors are tangible and apparently well on the way, and the new influx of young employees makes for a dynamic and energetic environment. Career paths have been established for personal growth - and the company's growth we're experiences should hopefully open up opportunities in the future (I've seen several promotions in my tenure and I perceive a good teamwork being developed). Management invested in some pretty cool tools but also significantly increased the bar in terms of expectations and for some this is creating friction. 401k matching was done last year and we're very well on track this year too.

Being part of a turnaround while in a growth burst is a challenging endeavor. Many shifting priorities make it difficult to focus. There are still some old silo mentality lingering, especially on the legacy accounts - hope the new mentality will take over there too. Lots of restructuring happened in the last 18 months that still need to settle. Certain functions seem understaffed given the wave of incoming workload and can create burndown.

    Advice to Management

Improve planning for growth. Limit any new major company change/restructure to allow recent restructure to fully take effect. Improve employees amenities.
