I worked at SEC Recruitment full-time

    Pros

    Great working environment, happy colleagues

    Cons

If you are sat in the right market (aka clinical, bio-stats - contract/ perm) then you are winning and life will be a pleasant journey. Any of the new markets and you may as well be starting your own company. Zero investment into external marketing boards etc and Snr management are not prepared to help break into any accounts for jeopardy of clinical! They will only focus on building clients whereby their main two markets will benefit.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at SEC Recruitment (London, England (UK)).

    Interview

I had a telephone interview of around 45 mins with Shefika Hasan, then was called for a 1:1 interview with her. She was extremely nice and it was easy to talk to her. They ask you general questions, and provide you with sufficient materials before the interview takes place. The interview lasted for an hour.
