I worked at SEC Recruitment full-time (More than a year)
SEC gives you space to learn the best practices in recruitment with their Academy. The people you work with are great. It is a very supportive environment. People are bright, warm and very diverse group. You don't have to be cocky to succeed. Your work outside of your KPIs does get recognition. If you work hard and you are in a good market (or you going a good client who gives you jobs) you can earn a lot.
Not every team gets enough level of support from their managers. Some are better than others like in every other company. I wish there was greater effort on continuous learning and more trainings which based on what your individual needs are
Advice to Management
Be closer to your teams and listen to feedback from them.
I applied online. I interviewed at SEC Recruitment (London, England (UK)).
I had a telephone interview of around 45 mins with Shefika Hasan, then was called for a 1:1 interview with her. She was extremely nice and it was easy to talk to her. They ask you general questions, and provide you with sufficient materials before the interview takes place. The interview lasted for an hour.
