If you can't work long hours for the driving of the economic engine than viewed as a con.Real simple some of us rto professionals have been around managing locations for decades. They must be viewed as operators not managers. Managers need to be personally manged operators do not.
Advice to Management
Understand the difference between an operator and a manager. That's where your business needs a wake up call. After 20 years of working in the rent to own industry, thanks to all at SEI for absolutely being best rto organization that I've had the luxury of being a part of.
I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at SEI/Aaron's (Geneva, NY) in July 2015.
Had 2 phone interviews, then had physical interview, the waited about a week, then had another phone interview, and a couple of days later was called and offered the job.
