Seso is full of incredible people. There's no ego here; everyone is willing to step in and step up. They value their people, they work on creating a culture of trust and transparency and they're always seeking feedback.

    Cons

There are the typical start up growing pains but Seso on the track for continuous improvement.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SESO (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2022

      Interview

4 stage interview process. Overall I appreciated how nice and accommodating each member of the team was. 1.) Recruiter screening call, basic questions about yourself, why you want to work here, going through resume. 2.) Take-home exercise that's a simpler version of a leetcode hard problem. Not as difficult as a leetcode hard and should only take 1-2 hours to implement if you know your dsa and basic javascript. 3.) Interview with hiring manager, going into your projects, specifics about the role. 4.) I didn't make it to the final round in which you spend a day with them onsite (can work remotely from home 10am-4pm PST). Mock day consists of daily standup, and assessment of certain features of their website you will be building within the timeframe.
