Time off. Long hours mean extended days off.
No chance of progression
Overworked. Staff work the job of 2/3 people.
No communication from management.
No reward scheme.
Verbal & written abuse.
Advice to Management
Talk to staff.
Treat them with respect.
Offer incentives to work hard.
Improve company culture & ultimately have a business plan.
