After accepting an in-person interview, I was allowed by the hiring manager to share any information that would help prepare for the upcoming interview. I'm embarrassed to say I am unsure what information to consider. Has anyone asked or been asked this? If so, what suggestions do you have?

    Pros

Outstanding compensation. Salary + You get very strong bonuses for finishing homes on budget. Great Healthcare. Automatic promotion for completing a certain amount of homes. Leaderboard recognition.

    Cons

Technology driven company, can be tough adapting to new technology in the field. Not necessarily a con, just different. Need to be open to technology. Construction so not a "9-5."

      Interview

They were very friendly during the interview process. I had to do a lot of work and jump through some hoops and no one ever let me know that the position was filled. I texted a recruiter after the interview and she said a decision would be made following week, that is it. No follow-up email. They do not have a good follow up for interview process. A generic email stating the position was filled would have been nice.

How long would it take you to follow up on a lead.
