Outstanding compensation. Salary + You get very strong bonuses for finishing homes on budget. Great Healthcare. Automatic promotion for completing a certain amount of homes. Leaderboard recognition.
Cons
Technology driven company, can be tough adapting to new technology in the field. Not necessarily a con, just different. Need to be open to technology. Construction so not a "9-5."

They were very friendly during the interview process. I had to do a lot of work and jump through some hoops and no one ever let me know that the position was filled. I texted a recruiter after the interview and she said a decision would be made following week, that is it. No follow-up email. They do not have a good follow up for interview process. A generic email stating the position was filled would have been nice.InterviewHow long would it take you to follow up on a lead.
