I worked at SHIFT Communications full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Positive atmosphere, fun perks, young fresh culture, learn a ton as junior staffer

    Cons

Agencies in general can cause quick burnout for junior staffers given overloaded teams

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at SHIFT Communications (San Francisco, CA).

    Interview

I applied online and got an email from HR three days later, for phone screening. After the phone screening, I was asked to come into their San Francisco office for an interview with an Account Coordinator. The application process was very pleasurable, the directors were genuinely interested in getting to know me and I really appreciated that. After the interview, I had to complete their standard writing test via online.
