In honor of February being Black History Month, we would like to talk about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at SICK. We have created a culture where all employees are valued and respected. We celebrate diversity and strive to expand our diversity throughout our organization and leadership roles. We believe everyone should be offered equal opportunities, to be treated with respect and be included. The women of SICK created an employee-led Leadership and Empowerment group to further the advancement of women at SICK (and I get the opportunity to speak at it next month, how cool!!). This group provides guidance, mentorship, and support to help women reach their full potential, collaborate and share experiences and all employees are welcome to join. If our organization's culture sounds like a good fit for you, check out our career opportunities and join the SICK family!

I applied online. I interviewed at SICK USA (United States)

    Interview

It was a great process with interviews from HR and engineering management. They asked straight-forward and thinking questions and all were very open to hearing the responses from me. The interview was over WebEx because I was in another state than the company. but the exchange worked very well and didn't have any connection issues.
