I have been working at SIFCO full-time (Less than a year)
Autonomy, people that care, interesting manufacturing process, impactful and meaningful work, close to highway - easy to get to, management that cares
The company is great to work for but if I had to list a con I would say the volume of work one is tasked with.
Advice to Management
Keep driving positive change
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at SIFCO (Cleveland, OH) in June 2015.
Initial phone interview. On site interview a week later with pretty basic behavioral questions with the HR manager and hiring manager. Offer came the following week. The total process took two weeks.
