I worked at SNC-Lavalin Constructors full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great place to work and wonderful people. Interesting work. Best supervisor I ever had the pleasure of working with.

    Cons

Work flow got slow and I was laid off. I really don't have any Cons with working at SNC. It's a great place that cares about their employees.

    Advice to Management

    Wish economy was better.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SNC-Lavalin Constructors (Alpharetta, GA) in August 2014.

    Interview

The inside Sr. Recruiter called me - gave me a very detailed description of what the job entailed, what was expected in this role and a grand overview of the company. Our next step was a Skype interview, and then a phone interview with the former EA. Finally, a phone interview with the President and then a face to face.

    Interview Questions

    • I remember them asking how comfortable I was around other cultures, as the office in Montreal was very diverse and you could hear anywhere from 2-5 different languages being spoken walking the halls.   1 Answer
