I have been working at SNF Group full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

They have promotions from within. Keep working hard.
Great place to build your resume.
Always room for overtime, make your money
Decent benefits. 401k is on par with other good companies.

    Cons

Hard work is not always recognized.
A sense of favoritism, people who continuously "mess" up are not dealt with, instead moved to made up jobs...

    Advice to Management

Remove the blatant favoritism. Attack issues at the root. Look to the operators for
some guidance, they know the plant/process better than anyone.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at SNF Group.

    Interview

I applied for an operator position and a recruiter contacted me asking me to apply for the loader position. I did. Got an interview where they asked the standard questions. It was with the plant supervisor and shop manager. No recruiter. Everything went well. Was told they would contact me in 1 week and 2 weeks at the maximum. Kept in contact with the company and it took them 2.5 months to tell me I did not get the position.
