I worked at SNR Denton (More than 3 years)
Good law firm, well-respected in its field. Robust litigation practice and top-notch attorneys working diligently for their clients. Great location in midtown Manhattan.
Large burnout rate, a lot of the paralegals leave after a year or two. Could work harder to keep employees from leaving. I get the sense that it is not a destination for many paralegals.
Advice to Management
Invest in your employees, particularly those who have been in the firm for a while and are productive and loyal. Make it a place to stay, not like a stepping stone to another firm.
I applied through other source. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at SNR Denton (Washington, DC).
Lateral hire process coordinated as part of large multipractice group raid by SNR. Took a while for interviews and details to be agreed upon. Interviews were informal and group oriented with broad range of peers from wide range of specialty focuses
