One of the only things I can say that was good about this firm was that they were not micromanagers. Leadership is pretty removed and this provides an opportunity for consultants and others to step up and take leadership ranks.
Beyond this, I cannot say there are any other good things about this role.
Management at this company is eager to get people onboard, but after a while, things seem to be out of place. For instance, management was insistent that I leave my previous company to join theirs. There will be inflated salaries to entice you to leave competition. Trust your gut intuition, do your research about the company and the management. Talk to other past employees, clients and more. Trust me, you'll be sorry if you don't.
There are no real growth opportunities, and incredible level of turnover. And you will be forced into a technical role even if you are told otherwise.
Advice to Management
Research information around integrity, honesty and leadership. Also apply those principles to all you do. When you do not operate with these three, you create negative circumstances and have past employees escalate things further.
