Mission: Our mission is to provide exemplary service to our clients and furnish our staff with the training and tools necessary to pave the pathway to success
I worked at SOLCOMM full-time (Less than a year)
- Consistent training and support
- Uncapped commission... you really determine your own paycheck
- Great work environment. Daily meetings to create the team atmosphere and quarterly special events
- CEO and management really cares about every person
It is what you put into it. If you slack off and don't make a sale you don't get a paycheck. At the same time, if you go to work you should average at least 3 sales a day at $100 a sale.
Advice to Management
Keep on growing and doing what you are doing. Something is working right!
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at SOLCOMM in August 2014.
I was contacted for an interview through email, replied to the confirmation, and was scheduled to appear in the office within the following three days. There were two interviews; the initial, just pretty much introducing myself. There were some questions asked; the general, "Where do you see yourself in five years?" and more specific, "What makes you a salesperson?". After I'd answered the questions and conversed with the interviewer for a few more minutes, he told me that he'd schedule me for a second interview... in two days. The second interview process was quick, to the point, and although the second interviewer was pleasant, he was no nonsense and all business. After a few minutes of more questions... I was brought on board.
