    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at SOS International (Copenhagen (Denmark)) in May 2012.

    Interview

I applied online with a CV and cover letter. I was called about two weeks later for a phone screening in which I was asked about my previous experience and availability. After a couple of days I was asked to undertake an online cognitive test. I was then invited for a presentation about the company where they also tested my language skills, and did a quick simulation of a case handling situation. I was then invited for a face to face interview. I was interviewed by an HR representative and one (future) manager. A week later I was informed that I had passed and I received on-boarding details.
