I worked at SOSi full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Mid-sized company that is reinvesting into its infrastructure and leadership to grow organically and through acquisition. Good corporate citizen within the local community and very supportive of military veterans

    Cons

Although very successful, no longer a small business eligible for small business set-aside so always competing against the large companies

    Advice to Management

Continue evolving the company culture and expand into new markets

    Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at SOSi (Miami, FL) in March 2016.

    Interview

I submitted my application online. Got a phone call from a recruiter. Then I took a screening interpreting exam followed by a two week interpreting course at the end of which another exam is scheduled. The exam deals with all three modes of interpretation.
